摘要
(Ce,Nd)FeB permanent magnet is cheaper than NdFeB. For the lack of (Ce,Nd)FeB performance magnet, a Halbach rotor structure is proposed. In this paper, the high temperature B-H curve of (Ce,Nd)FeB is deduced. Several kinds of PM shapes and PM materials are compared in this paper. And two-segment Halbach array is optimized to improve the performance of motor. The temperature field of outer rotor permanent magnet in-wheel motor is analyzed bases on typical driving cycle. The method of multi-objective estimate is used to select the optimal structure.
