摘要
The main methodological and instrumental aspects of the technique of laser ellipsometric probe for the investigation of transient microlocalized corrosion-electrochemical processes at the stage of the local initiation of metal corrosion are discussed. An application of the technique of kinetic laser ellipsometry in the automatic tracking mode, with a high time resolution and a sharp focusing of the probe laser beam at the specified spot of the surface, can provide an extremely high sensitivity to the quick superficial microlocalized processes.
