Technological innovation research on the motivation mechanism of private enterprises in China

This paper analyzes the important position of the private enterprise on the basis of review of its development, and draws a conclusion that our private enterprises' technological innovation motive is insufficient. In view of the existence question, the paper systematically summarizes barrier factors of technological innovation of China's private enterprise, and sums up the corresponding motive indicator system. Using ISM method we establish motivation mechanism of private enterprises' technological innovation. Finally, some improved suggestions and strategies have been proposed.
