CROSS-DISCIPLINARY APPLICATION OF SYSTEM ENGINEERING APPROACHES IN MULTI-DISCIPLINARY EDUCATION PROJECTS

摘要
Aiming at handling today's challenges as rising product complexity and shorter development cycles, industrial product development projects have established multi-disciplinary teamwork of both technical and non-technical disciplines. In order to prepare students to this multi-disciplinary team work, the university collaboration project "Smart TripElec" was processed. The project aims at applying industrial relevant Systems Engineering methods and tools for multi-disciplinary project teamwork of engineers and product designers. This paper's objective is to design and evaluate this cross-disciplinary approach.
