The loan crisis's eruption causes many international large-scale financial organs to suffer the serious impact because of the investment banking excessive develop, this initiated has developed the Investment bank pattern to the Commercial bank more ponders. This article analyzed the present stage our country Commercial bank to develop the superiority which and the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge the investment banking the necessity, faced, based on this and elaborated our country Commercial bank developed the investment banking strategic conception.
