The research on innovation development of private enterprises based on evolution theory: Taking the private enterprises of Quanzhou as an example

There are close relationships between an enterprise's evolution and its innovative ability. As the viewpoints of enterprise ecology and the enterprise evolution theory, a private enterprise is a dissipation system that is non-balance, non-linearity, and open, with strong auto-organizational and auto-adaptive ability. The intense crisis causes most private enterprises to have strong consciousness to innovate and desire to evolve. However, Chinese private enterprises were born with features of "dispersion, slightness, weakness, poor-quality", which easily results in the "zero-sum-up" game and the malignant competition mire. If Chinese government has the vision of supporting private enterprises, it should establish relative measures and policies based on correct judgment of private economic system parameter in a timely manner, which for sure helps solve their difficulties, at the same time instruct them to develop correctly so that the private enterprises can strengthen their innovative ability, and speed up their evolution.
