摘要
We are reporting a case of a 52-year-old man with a 2-year history of dyspnea on moderate exertion and orthopnea. In the last year, paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea developed. Echocardiography showed an aneurysm of the right coronary artery with a fistula to the coronary sinus, persistent left superior vena cava, and ruptured anterior mitral leaflet chordae tendineae with severe mitral regurgitation. The computed tomography confirmed these findings. The patient was scheduled for surgery.
