摘要
Cluster structure of highly excited states of Mg-24 has been investigated by the antisymmetrized molecular dynamics. Imposing the constraints on the expectation values of harmonic oscillator quanta, alpha+Ne-20, C-12+C-12 and 6 alpha cluster wave functions were generated without any a priori assumption. The isoscalar monopole excitation function is also calculated and reasonably agrees with the observation. It is found that alpha+Ne-20, C-12+C-12 and 6 alpha clusters appear as the prominent peaks in the strength function.
