摘要
The analysis of electric energy losses, both the technical and non-technical aspects, In any power system Is of utmost importance as they reduce the economic efficiency and worsen competitiveness in the electricity markets. In order to shape electricity tariffs and to give correct incentives for the electric energy markets in Cameroon and Africa, accurate analysis of these losses is key. Many characteristics such as area size, number of customers, density of load and network are usually taken into account when analysing such losses. An accurate calculation or analysis is important for knowing and giving correct incentives to them, resulting in improving the efficiency of the distribution system as well as reducing the customer's electricity supply cost.
