摘要：

Electric permittivity of polycrystalline ice measured at 5 MHz was found to decrease proportionally to the square of electric field strength. A simple model explaining this property based on a Bjerrum-type attempt is proposed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
