摘要
The 1275 keV line is emitted by radioactive Na-22 nuclei which are supposed to be ejected in the interstellar medium by ONe type novae. A "diffuse" 1275 keV line emission, induced by the cumulative contribution of ONe novae, is expected from the Galactic center region. So far, this emission has not, been detected by gamma-ray telescopes. In 2003, the central region of our Galaxy has been observed by INTEGRA L during the, Galactic Center Deep Exposure. We analysed the, SPI data in order to search for the Galactic 1275 keV line emission and derive upper limits to the Na-22 mass produced per outburst ranging from 2.5 to 5.7 x 10(-7) M-circle dot depending on the rate and spatial distribution of novae.
