摘要
A dynamic model of decision-making layer is capable of chaotic behavior when the macro order parameter weight changed, even if the model is completely deterministic. To our knowledge, this is firstly discover chaos by qualitative and quantitative analysis on the basis of self-organizing process analysis and synergetics theory. It will make bases for analyzing corresponding states of the system's inner in the state of the chaos and for further knowing the essence of chaos and chaos control. On the other hand, macro chaos in manufacturing systems is a new challenge to traditional production management.
