In the network and high-tech environment, enterprises' management consulting system will transit in all-round way from the consulted object, the consulter, the consulting methods and system operation mode several aspects. This paper discusses the change of the demand of market, overall application of computers and network tools, greater improvement and development in the consulting institute and operation mode.
