摘要
The theoretical and practical aspects of a method for granulometric analysis of finely disperse powders are considered that is based on measurement of the weight of particles deposited gravitationally in a viscous medium from a starting layer formed in the upper section of a sedimentation vessel. A VS-3 weighing computer-controlled sedimentometer based on the principle of direct measurement of the mass of deposited particles is described and its specifications are given.
