摘要
Currently, new process simulation techniques play a fundamental role in the design and evaluation of industrial plants. The objective of this paper is based in define an algorithm for the simulation of processes based on a theoretical integrative model of a biogas-producing plant from the porcine residual, and its evaluation from a specific case study. A technology provision for the process is proposed based on previous studies by Suarez-Chernov V. D-1 and an algorithm for the design of a biogas production plant considering the pig residual from the municipality of Placetas as a case study. As results for a population of 35,000 pigs, a production of 306 m(3) / h of biogas is obtained with a 60% concentration of methane. The design parameters of the main equipment of the plant were obtained from the simulation algorithm. Process simulation tools allow defining and evaluating an algorithm based on an integrative theoretical model for determining the design criteria of a biogas production plant from the porcine residual.
