摘要
A detailed Investigation of the electomagnetic field distributions in high frequency printed circuits, high-sped interconnects and microstrip-lines is very useful for physical understanding, circuit deign, studio of electromagnetic coupling effects for EMC and EMI. The fullwave analysis is carried out by aft a finite-difference time domain technique. Its measurement is carried out using a small coaxial probe antenna and complicated measurement system Is not required. The upper limit of the operating frequency and the resolution for this measurement will be clarified.
