摘要：
With the development of social and technology, security systems in people's lives is playing an more and more important role, and thus the clarity and intelligent video system raised higher and higher demands, in this paper a IP-Camera based on ARM was designed. We focus on the hardware system and the Linux operation system. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
