摘要：

There are several forms of innovative financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through venture capital, where the business angels belong. Business angels play a particularly important role especially in financing start-ups. The use of various forms has its limitations. Synergistic effect can be achieved by linking certain practices of financing SMEs, which are indirectly linked to business angels. The paper deals with the possibilities of linking equity based crowdfunding and acceleration programs of quality improvement in terms of access to finance for innovative SMEs.
