Influence of additives on dielectric ceramic for high voltage capacitors

摘要
The influence of MnCO3, Nb2O5,CuO on the dielectric behaviors of the system 0.9(Sr0.54Pb0.26Ca0.20)TiO3 -0.10Bi(2)O(3).3.5TiO(2) was investigated, the phenomena were observed: (1) The permittivity peak decreased and shifted to a high temperature with the addition of MnCO3;(2) The permittivity peak moved to a low temperature when Nb2O5 was doped;(3) The incorporation of CuO made the permittivity peak broader, resulting in a low temperature coefficient of permittivity. With the aid of ionic displacement theory for ferroelectric. and ionic substitution theory, we had a satisfactory explanation for (1) and (2), the conclusion in (3) was supposed to be related to the distribution of oxygen vacancies caused by the valence change of copper ions.
