Study on Strategic Risk Evaluation Model of Power Grid Enterprises based on Fuzzy Evaluation Method

摘要
At present, most of the researches on strategic risk assessment are focused on general enterprises, which don't consider the character of power grid enterprises. This paper makes up for the limitations, establishing a strategic risk evaluation index system from three aspects: strategic environment risk, enterprise resources risk and enterprise ability risk. Then it builds a strategic risk evaluation model using fuzzy evaluation method and takes S company as an example to test the model. The result shows that the model is effective, which can reflect strategic risk of power grid enterprise objectively. The paper not only expands the research framework of strategic risk evaluation in theory, but also provides decision method for management of power grid enterprises in practice.
