摘要
The present articleis elaborated of the results derived from the Project called "The value of Positive Mental Health (SMP) and Self-care of adolescents who attend educational establishments in the city of Rio Gallegos". We are presenting partial results obtained in the August-September 2020 period, during the social quarantine or (ASPO)due to the COVID-19 virus. 240 adolescents between 10-19 years old applyto survey on Google Drive form.As a result, the majority have been women between the age of 15 to 19 years and 80.4% answered affirmativelyto attend the school.70%answeredto having psychological support,by 100% predominated use social networks and 99.2% did their hobbies digitally like watching movies/series and playing online.Finally, in the self-care scale, the options "always" and "many times" have predominated with 50%. In conclusion, these adolescents are concerned of their mental health. We have proposed as recommendations to studies and think about the use of technology as a protective action or not of mental health.
