摘要
This paper proposes a conceptual framework to evaluate existing e-learning products, to adapt them to a company's needs, and to prepare the implementation in a co-ordinated manner - especially between IT and HR - to assure that the key stakeholders' expectations are met. The rationale of the framework is based on four design challenges that have to be met when implementing elearning: designing the community of stakeholders, designing their interaction modes, designing the learning services, and designing the technological infrastructure. The framework is then applied to a real-life case that illustrates its function as an orientation map.
