摘要：
University teachers, heirs and creators of culture, knowledge, science, and technology, have played an irreplaceable role in the development of higher education. Under this background, how to motivate university teachers has attracted wide attention from the society. This thesis, based on the analysis of "M", discusses the problems existed in the motivation of university teachers and the reasons of the existing problems; it also proposes some measures used to help set up incentive mechanism and improve incentive mechanism.
