摘要
It is analyzed to the current situation and characters for the city development and the change of construction land in Dalian by using the correlative data from 1995 to 2008. The 11 indexes are selected which can reflect the economic, social life and urban environmen. The indexes are as follows: GDP, secondary industry proportion, tertiary industry proportion, total investment in fixed assets, non-agricultural population gravity, urban per capita disposable income, the level of people's consumption, at the end of year really has the floor space of building, per capita road area, sewage treating rate, per capita public green area. A quantitative study about the urban construction land use change is researched by using the method of the correlative analysis and principal component analysis in Dalian. The research results show that: (1) there is a clear relativity between the urbanization and the construction in Dalian, (2) the area of construction land has got the rising trend with the urbanization of Dalian, (3) The economic development and people's living standard are the main factors which influence urban construction land.
