摘要：

Patients undergoing excision of oral lesions require complete and rapid restoration of the ensuing defect. The platysma flap supplies hairless, thin, and pliable skin for oral cavity, cheek, oral sulcus, oral commissure, alveolar ridge, and lower lip lining reconstruction. It offers the combined advantage of rapid harvest and minimal donor site morbidity.
