摘要
The paper studies possibilities of application of data mining technology for determination of optimal functioning conditions of effective business-environment on national level. Decision Tree is built according to the levels of The Global Competitiveness Index for the countries of the world. The basic efficiency indexes of public business policy, that have influence on position of the state in the world rating of competitiveness, are educed.
