摘要
This paper investigates the critical parameters that affect the overall operation of the systems that belong to different competing wireless communication consortia. It is anticipated that the competing consortia will operate separate wireless systems (2G and 3G) in the same geographical areas where block allocations of channels are made to facilitate this. Moreover, the generated out-of-band intermodulation interference spectrum by each other is examined and finally, a new frequency planning strategy is introduced in order to optimize the QoS of the 3G wireless system.
