Development of Socio-Economic Systems in the Context of Information Technology Development

The formation of information capital is directly related to the process of accumulating and disseminating of information and is aimed at developing socio-economic conditions for its spread and use. In the context of globalization, national information capital is turning into a leading structural element of the national wealth. In this study we will divide the countries according to their level of development and consider such indicators as migration, education, health care. The aim of the current study is to assess the impact of information capital on socio-economic indicators of countries (such as employment, poverty, migration, GRP, education, etc.) As a result, conceptual models with reliable links between indicators were obtained using regression equation modeling.
