摘要
Traditional researches on customer relationship management (CRM), always assess customer relationship on the view of company, and segment customer without considering about their competitors. So this article proposed a method that assessing customer relationship quality from customer review. And then, on the basis of relationship quality, raise a new customer segment strategy under a competitive environment including company, its competitors and consumers. As a result, corresponding customer treatment strategies are proposed at the end of this article.
