摘要
Competitive strategy is very important for the development of enterprises. Based on the comparison of four kinds of competitive strategic thoughts, this paper has discussed a new thought that is based on the creation of customer's value. The mechanism of forming enterprise's competitive advantages, the strategic logic, the process of formulating strategies based-on the thought of value creation is detailed. And the strategic models that enterprise can choose to implement in the fierce competitive age are put forward too.
