摘要：
The problems of school-enterprise cooperation are analyzed at present in this paper to take specialized field of real estate management and valuation as an example. The operation and implementation ways of practical teaching based on the deep school-enterprise cooperation are studied, the positive and long-lasting approaches to improve the relevant enterprises participating in practical teaching are explored, the evaluation and implementation systems of the practice teaching in the specialized field of real estate management and valuation are detailed, to form the distinctive features'a project, the two instructors, three-way evaluation, four satisfactoriness'. At last, the more realistic solution project for the professional practice teaching based on the deep school-enterprise cooperation is put forward.
