摘要
Globalization for digital information society is an inevitable phenomenon that marks the transition from education systems to the traditional learning environments based on interactive learning. E-learning becomes a reality ever present at all levels and forms of education as a viable alternative to traditional learning methods. The paper focuses on an analysis of e-learning from a psychological perspective. Comparing this new type of learning to traditional learning, which no longer provides adequate solutions there have been identified psychosocial and educational characteristics of the virtual learning environment, the learning content, the interactivity, the motivation and the effects of new relationships in the trainee teacher's autonomy learning tasks and the option for its contents. Even if the e-learning in educational systems is still regarded with sceptcism we believe that it offers significant improvements in the educational process.
