摘要
The study proposes that the unsafe behavior can be affected and indicated by some measurable psychological factors, then find the relationship between them by structural equation modeling(SEM). Based on other relative correlative research, the psychological factors are selected and a theoretical model is built. Popular proven Psychological Questionnaire (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), The Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-HSS))and instrument tests (Illusion, Visual and auditory reaction time, Attention focus time, Spacespan) are used to test the mining employees chosen from YanZhou Mining. The structural equation modeling (SEM) of psychological factors for unsafe behavior is set up by using Amos 17.0. The results show that experience and fatigue affect the unsafe behavior significant(p < 0.05), while the affections of the character and psychopathy and the cognitive and reactive ability are not significant(p > 0.05). Then the reason for the affection and the suggestion for mining industry to decrease the possibility of unsafe behavior happening are discussed. The study is helpful to quantify unsafe psychology situation and try to use of object data and proven psychological questionnaires instead of questionnaires self-made. Also it helps mining industry to control the safety psychology and improve the mining safety management.
