Pathophysiology of male sexual dysfunction in multiple sclerosis

摘要：
The majority of men with multiple sclerosis demonstrate difficulties with erection, yet publications on this issue have been rare when compared to papers on bladder dysfunction. This article reviews the neurological basis for erectile dysfunction and includes suggestions for treatments such as intracorporal injections. A discussion of ejaculatory dysfunction is also included since it can have a significant impact on the benefits of erectile treatments.
