摘要
This paper introduces a computer testing system on performance of vehicular power supply system, in which a design idea of integrated testing is adopted. Bases on PC and multi-functional data acquisition system, it is allocated corresponding modular sensor to test voltage, current, rotational speed and torque of the power supply system. Then the data processing, performance testing (no-load, load, T-n, etc.) and curve fitting is completed by the software. We can analyze failure and rest life of the power supply system based on the results. This testing system merges the conventional individual testing instrument and the computer software and hardware resource. Computer software is in place of some hardware of the conventional testing instrument that fully shows the merits of soften-hardware. It is an important way to do preventive maintenance by supply running state of the power supply equipment exactly in time. It can make the equipment running efficiently, reliably and safely against on-line monitoring. And it can keep the power supply system in good technical order when preventive maintenance is adopted.
