摘要
In practice, the operation times of various products are uneven, and workloads of various stations in mixed-model assembly line aren't smoothed. However, the otherness of operation time of different products has been ignored in traditional model. In allusion to the shortcoming of traditional sequencing model, this paper established sequencing model on leveling multi-level for mixed-model just-in-time assembly line with consideration of line balancing and operation time, in which the consumption speed of parts (including products, subassembly, components, raw materials, etc.) is measured by the actual production horizon other than assumed planning horizon. A coevolutionary algorithm based method is proposed to solve balancing problem and sequencing problem simultaneously, and a numerical instance is presented.
