摘要
The easy access to the internet and a wide and rich offer of products from e-commerce companies have led to a strong competition between these companies. In this case, something that would really make the difference from the competitors could be the key to business success. Consequently, the paper presents a unique solution that could he implemented really easy on the e-commerce companies websites, that will act as a shopping assistant for that company clients, but also as an important marketing tool, that will identify what are the most important characteristics of a product from that customer point of view and will give him the product that best suits to it's needs. Using this shopping assistant application, the e-commerce companies will have a powerful tool that will allow them to attract, maintain and increase the number of their customers.
