摘要：
The approach for the description, control and management of the quality indicators of the software development project is proposed. The approach is based on the presentation of quality indicators using fuzzy situations equation. The system of requirements to the composition of software quality characteristics is formed. The composition and structure of the automated situational system with fuzzy logic for the implementation of the software development project is proposed.
