摘要：
Hotel is an older industry which has the higher degree of internationalization in china. If it wants to get long-term interests and stability of the market share in the competition with foreign hotel, Chinese hotels must construct their unique core competence. Rebuilding the value chain which is widely used in traditional manufacture still has the important realism sense in the core competence construction and management.
