摘要
Striving to systematization of the balancing models for electrical energy markets is an important issue that helps to verify various research works, especially due to complexity of the balancing problems. Our contribution is a step towards standardization of the balancing problems description, in order to facilitate understanding and comparing various research works, to exchange data cases and mechanism implementations. We formulate an abstract model of the generic balancing problem, which consists of two elements: the Marked Decision Problem MDP - that contains the system and market data and requirements - and the Balancing Mechanism BM. We sketch a space of the market decision problems considered as a composition of some components with their spaces. Any abstract MDP element from the space of possible market decision problems can be formulated in the open M-3 standard, particularly in the M3-XML dialect. Our approach facilitates development of flexible, open and expressive computational environments. An example of the expressive research environment for investigating balancing mechanisms is outlined.
