摘要
The risk analysis of developing software project can provide foundation and suggestion for project management and decision-making. An analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is described and applied to the risk analysis of developing software project. Based on the comprehensive analysis of developing software project, an risk model tree is designed to assess the relative importance of risk factors. Following consistency validation, the relative importance of risk factors is calculated. The fuzzy score is then combined with importance order to analyze the key factors for the developing software project. Subsequently, the analysis provide a better insight into the developing software project.
