摘要：
As a developing country, China's modernization will definitely face a lot of difficulties. This paper analyzes the meaning, essence as well as the principles of constructing a harmonious society in the aspects of political development and especially party system. This paper holds that the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a history historical fact and effective practical choice. It can make huge contribution to the political stability, democratic politics and harmonious society in terms of political civilization.
