Diaphragm-based extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometric optical fiber sensor for acoustic wave detection under high background pressure

摘要
A new structure for diaphragm-based extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometric (EFPI) optical fiber sensors is presented. This structure introduces a through hole in a conventional diaphragm-based EFPI sensor and significantly reduces the effect of operating point drift due to the background pressure and fluctuations.
