摘要
Multiferroic materials have received a lot of attention lately because of their potential applications for new types of electronic devices (e.g., multiple-state memories and new data storage media). BiFeO3 is a representative multiferroic material which has ferroelectric (Tc = 1103K) and antiferromagnetic (T-N=643K) properties. In this work, the effect of BaTiO3 content in BiFeO3-BaTiO3 system on the crystal structure, the magnetic properties and the electrical properties have been investigated. The (1-x)BiFeO3 - xBaTiO(3) (x = 0.3, 0.4, 0.5) (noted BF-BT) ceramics have been prepared by the solid-state reaction method.
