摘要
Integrated charging for electric vehicle (EV) is considered as a good transitional scheme to solve the mileage limitation caused by the battery capacity. It can save the costs, reduce the volume and increase the charging power. However, the design degrees of freedom are not very high due to the charging topology is based on the propulsion system. And most of the integrated charging schemes are designed for a specific occasion and difficult to apply in other occasions. In this paper, a unified design criterion is proposed by considering the charging torque, equivalent filter inductance and ripple current of the multiplexed converter and motor. The criterion is illustrated and analyzed in a specific scheme that applied in Toyota plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). The relevant simulations prove the validity and effectiveness.
