摘要
Direct laser rangefinders offer advantages in maximum range and measurement resolution that make them enormously interesting as vision systems for autonomous robots. Furthermore, the availability of semiconductor lasers and detectors, has drastically lowered the cost of these systems, while making them more compact and rugged. In this communication, we present the experimental work carried our to conceive and design a novel two axis scanner which employs a single moving mirror to conform a 3-D vision system with an AMCW (Amplitude Modulation Continuous Wave) laser rangefinder previously developed by the authors.
