Research on Strategic Management for Real Estate Enterprises Under the new Situation

In recent years, the real estate market is increasingly competitive. Faced with the new situation and the macro environment for real estate enterprises, opportunities and challenges coexist. However, many issues are exposed in many real estate companies such as the lack of core competence, unreasonable product structure, backward management system, etc. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to strengthen the strategic management of the real estate enterprises in the new situation. Real estate enterprises should formulate strategic objectives and implement the strategy, in order to improve the core competence. In this paper, strategic management for real estate enterprise is discussed in more detail.
