摘要
This paper found that 2% NaOH and organic loading rate of 65 g.L-1 were best condition to increase methane gas production rate in anaerobic fermentation process of corn stalks. The methane gas production rate from corn straw, pretreated by sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide reaspectively, were compared at the same organic loading rate and generating capacity of methane gas from corn straw were studied under different organic loading rate and the same alkali. The results showed that methane gas yield, by anaerobic fermentation of corn stalk, was very high in the organic loading rate of 65 g.L-1 and different alkali. Under such organic loading rate, The difference of methane gas production rate was a little when the corn straw were dealed with by 2% KOH or 2% NaOH. Considering the cost, we chose sodium hydroxide.
