Research on the Trend of Government Management Mode Innovation from the Perspectives of Informatization and Digital

In this paper, we conduct analysis on trend of government management mode innovation from the perspectives of the informatization digital. Service-oriented government has become our country the goal of the reform and development of public administration mode in the future. In the process of service oriented government construction, innovation of the intergovernmental relations can yet be regarded as a feasible path selection. Internal and external service-oriented government and service-oriented government should include two parts, the two parts to form a complete value chain of the public service. The current intergovernmental relations hindered the general construction of a service-oriented government, need to reform and innovation. This article advice from the government innovation idea, the adjustment of longitudinal, transverse and vertical and the horizontal relations between the governments and reduce the government management level to facilitate the construction of a service-oriented government and development with digital techniques.
