摘要
TiO2 nanostructures were grown with anodic oxidation method using electrolytes consisting of DMSO and HF. The morphologies and crystal structures were investigated, and different nanostructures, such as nanotubes and layered nanostructure were fabricated. The anodization time and electrolytes were two key factors to adjust the morphologies. Their photocatalytic performances were studied, in which the layered nanostructure exhibited better performance. Furthermore, the anatase phase nanostructures have demonstrated better photocatalytic properties than their as-prepared counterparts, which are caused by the improved crystallinity.
